treysparks.com is operated by Rethink Strategy LLC, an Alabama limited liability company owned by Thomas "Trey" Sparks in Fairhope, Alabama. Questions about this policy go to trey@treysparks.com.
What I collect and why
Self-assessments. The tools run in your browser and save your answers there. Nothing is sent to me unless you ask for your results by email. If you do, your answers, your email, and your name and company if you give them are used to email your results to you and a copy to me, so we can start from your answers if we talk.
Messages and bookings. If you email, call or book a call, I use what you send to reply and to do any work we agree on.
Analytics. Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics show me which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and device and browser type, so I can see what is useful.
Payments. If you pay online, Stripe processes the payment. I never see your full card number.
I don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Only the services that run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (results emails), Google (Analytics and fonts), Cal.com (bookings) and Stripe (payments). I may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and Do Not Track
Google Analytics sets cookies, and the self-assessments use your browser's storage to keep your answers. You can block or clear both in your browser settings. The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Email trey@treysparks.com to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
